Access to the map, to the abnormal-load road networks and to the La Chaîne community space, and five (5) route builds in total for the entire duration of the account. A route build means the first successful computation of a route between a given origin and destination: an identical recalculation of an already-built route is not counted, and changing the stops on the same start-destination pair within the hour following a build is free.

Yes: the Discovery plan is free with no time limit, with five free route builds, the map of the official abnormal-load (TE) networks and access to La Chaîne, no credit card required. Move to Essentiel or Expert whenever you are ready: a monthly subscription, with no commitment, that you can cancel at any time.

At any time, free of charge, from your account or by simple request to contact@bdr-systemes.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid: you keep full access to the service until that date, and no further charge is made.

Yes: consumers have fourteen (14) days from subscription, without having to give a reason. As subscribing constitutes a request for immediate performance of the service, the service provided up to the withdrawal is due pro rata; as payment is monthly, only the first monthly instalment has been charged at that point, the pro rata is computed on that single month and the balance is refunded within fourteen (14) days. Any commitment period taken out ends with the contract and no later instalment is due. Fleet subscriptions, taken out for professional purposes, benefit from it only under the conditions of article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code.

The Fleet plan is taken out for a freely chosen number of seats, two (2) minimum, at the launch price of €16.00 excl. VAT (€19.20 incl. VAT) per seat per month until 31 December 2026, then €20.00 excl. VAT (€24.00 incl. VAT) per seat per month from 1 January 2027. The monthly amount equals the number of seats multiplied by the unit price. Each user has their own account, with the same rights as the Expert plan; the company space provides management of the organisation's seats and members, whose active number may not exceed the number of seats subscribed, route sharing within the team and a single invoice. Added seats are available immediately and billed from the next monthly instalment; a reduction takes effect at the next monthly due date and may never go below two (2) seats.

Because both figures matter, depending on who subscribes. A VAT-registered professional thinks in amounts excluding VAT, which they reclaim; a sole trader under the VAT exemption pays the amount including VAT. Every price on this page therefore carries both, at the VAT rate in force (20%).

No. All paid plans are monthly, with no commitment: the monthly instalment is charged in advance each month, and you can cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the monthly period already paid. There is no longer any commitment period or commitment-linked discount. The subscription continues from month to month until you cancel it; articles L215-1 to L215-3 of the French Consumer Code apply to its renewal.

Payment is made by card through our payment provider SystemPay (Lyra Network). Card data is collected and processed exclusively by SystemPay: we never have access to it.

No: no advertising cookies, no third-party audience measurement, no social media buttons. Only two technical cookies, exempt from prior consent: a sign-in cookie, containing no personal data, used for single sign-on between the platform's sites, and a display-language cookie. There is therefore nothing to accept or to refuse.

Navigation tracking is computed entirely on your device; if you leave the planned route, your instant position is sent to our servers to refresh nearby structure alerts, and is not retained there. “My position” at departure is treated as a manually entered address, and is only kept if you save the route. No data is sold or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.

On the Essentiel plan: eight (8) route builds per month, saving four (4) routes per month kept for thirty (30) days, resuming each saved route once, receiving four (4) shared routes per month. On the Discovery plan: five (5) route builds in total, saving up to two (2) routes kept for ten (10) days, receiving two (2) shared routes in total. The Expert and Fleet plans are not subject to any of these limits. Invoices for paid plans can be downloaded as a PDF from your account; for Fleet plans, access is reserved to the organisation's owner and administrators. Support replies within two (2) business days on paid plans.

Yes. Enter your intra-Community VAT number: it is checked against the European Commission's VIES service. If it is valid, your invoice is issued without French VAT, under the reverse charge — the tax is due by you in your own country (article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC). If you do not have an intra-Community VAT number, enter your company's national business register identifier: we check it within thirty (30) days, and French VAT applies in the meantime.
